I'm Nour (she/her), I'm a Palestinian performer and personal trainer currently based in NYC! I grew up in Palestine & Jordan and moved to New York to pursue a Bachelor's of Music in Music Theater from NYU Steinhardt.

I am a multi- passionate human. During the day, I love to train clients and push them to become the healthiest, strongest versions of themselves. In the evening, I am lit up by acting, singing, and performing with other inspiring artists. Whether I am performing or coaching, I lead from the heart and encourage others to do the same.

If not at the gym or on stage, you can find me in the dog park with my Yorkie Archie or snuggled up with a book and a latte.
